This Aquastrength workout focuses on the abdominal, hip and gluteal musculature which is crucial for any functional or sports specific activity. This workout also incorporates multiple rotary stability exercises to help reduce the risk of injury. 

The waters surrounding properties helps to assist postural awareness and stabilization acting as a second pair of hands to give increased feedback when exercising. The Aquastrength Bells and Fins add an increased challenge for proper core control.
